In the amateur dormitory of the famous Eberbach Monastery, the audience can expect a "Festive Opera Gala" with musical treasures, performed by international vocal soloists, orchestra and choir. The varied concert programme includes not only romantic arias and duets from the opera's world successes, but also the most beautiful festive melodies suitable for the Advent and Christmas season.

Well-known melodies to get you in the mood for the Christmas season

The ensemble of Opera Classica Europa, consisting of international vocal soloists, salon orchestra and chamber choir, presents a varied concert evening with many well-known pieces such as 'Alleluia' from 'Exsultate, jubilate' by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, 'The Little Sandman and Evening Blessing' from 'Hansel and Gretel' by Engelbert Humperdinck, the 'Intermezzo' from Pietro Mascagni's opera 'Cavalleria rusticana' and 'Panis Angelicus' by César Franck. The concert program is also enriched by popular Christmas carols that invite you to hum along.
